QuoteForge is a web-based quotation management tool that allows businesses to create, manage, and share professional quotations with their customers. The Service is operated by QuoteForge (contact: quoteforgeapp@gmail.com).
QuoteForge is currently in active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes.
To use QuoteForge, you must create an account using a valid Google account or email address. You are responsible for:
Each account is for a single business. You may not share your account credentials with others or use QuoteForge to manage multiple unrelated businesses without separate accounts.
QuoteForge offers a 45-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial period ends, continued access requires a paid subscription at ₹499 per month. To upgrade, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will activate your subscription manually.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect.
You agree to use QuoteForge only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

You retain full ownership of all business data, product information, customer details, and quotations you enter into QuoteForge. We do not sell your data to third parties.
By using the Service, you grant QuoteForge a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. For full details on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep QuoteForge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
QuoteForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuoteForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or financial loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to QuoteForge in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using QuoteForge and delete your account at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting us at quoteforgeapp@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by displaying a notice within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of QuoteForge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
