QuoteForge is a quotation management tool for building materials, steel, hardware, and related trade businesses in India. The Service is operated independently and can be reached at quoteforgeapp@gmail.com or +91 70255 32662.
We collect two types of data: information you give us directly, and information generated automatically when you use the Service.

We do not collect payment card information. Subscription payments are handled manually via WhatsApp/bank transfer and we do not store any payment credentials.
We use your data only to provide and improve the Service:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties under any circumstances.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers with encryption at rest and in transit (HTTPS). Supabase complies with SOC 2 Type II security standards.
Your uploaded logo images are stored in Supabase Storage with secure access controls. Quotation data is protected by Row Level Security — meaning each business can only access its own data.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Google account.
We share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell data. We do not use data brokers.
QuoteForge uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that identify you individually.
There are no third-party advertising networks on QuoteForge.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
Quotation data that has been shared with customers (via PDF or WhatsApp) remains with those customers independently of your account.
QuoteForge is a business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by displaying a notice within the app or by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
